Geometry

In Te Maunga we have been doing Google drawing I learnt about shapes that I didn't know. I found it hard to draw the 3d shapes.

Procedural Writing

In Te Maunga we have been doing Procedural Writing.

I liked making things first and then Writing a Procedural, on the thing we made.

We made a bird ball pikelets,and flubber then, we wrote a Procedure about it.

Flubber

In Te Maunga we made Flubber. We did it because it was a math problem. We used Borax,pva glue,hot water,food coloring.The equipment used was a measuring cup, measuring spoon. We stirred it for a long time. When we finished  it did not work.

In Te Maunga this term we have been doing our math goals. I choose these goals because I need to learn them.     

Maths Problem Solving

In Te Maunga we have been measuring our height and our wingspan. We did a metre on the wall and then we measured it from there.

Waitangi Treaty Grounds

We went to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds for Matariki.
